Put in a blank DVD Disc
(If it pops up with what to do with the DVD, just X out of it or close it, or cancel)

Download this and save this file (do not run it but remember where it is)

Download this and run it
http://miletx.com/admin/BurnCDCC/BurnCDCC.exe

Browse to the Image File location you saved a minute ago and pick that Hirens ISO File
Pick the DVD Drive to make the DVD (That is where the blank DVD is in)
Click Start



After the DVD is created, go to the DELL computer
Attach the USB Stick or USB hard drive that you want to put your files on
Power it up
Start Pressing F12 shortly after startup
Choose to boot to CD/DVD
When you see the menu (if you see the menu that has these selections)
Pick Windows
Pick Windows XP (there is Windows 7 and Windows 7 Alternate), doesn’t matter what you have, just pick Windows XP
When it comes up, look at the computers C: drive and find the files you want
Copy them
Paste them to the USB drive if you know the drive letter that belongs to the USB drive you want to copy the files to
