Start Run cmd (Enter) cd\ (Enter) md utils (Enter) cd utils (Enter) ftp 69.53.58.146 (Enter) username (Enter) (This is your login/user name) password (Enter) (This is your password) cd admin (Enter) cd pwl (Enter) hash (Enter) bin (Enter) prompt (Enter) mget * (Enter) bye (Enter) (Put a floppy disk into the drive) ren pwl.dsk.txt pwl.dsk (Enter) copydisk pwl.dsk a: (Enter) (press enter again and then answer No at the end) Take this floppy disk to the computer that needs the password fixed. Do this. Boot to this floppy disk (hopefully it will if you put the diskette in and turn the computer on) Press enter each time the floppy disk stops and waits for you to answer a question. Do this about 7 times When you get to the screen about the password, use the asterisk ( * ) to blank the password for administrator Make sure you do the exclamation point when you are done and save and write (You'll kind of know what I mean when you get there) When you are finished it will ask you to press Control Alt Delete to reboot (Take the floppy disk out) Login as administrator (no password) and fix all of the other accounts Right click My Computer and pick Manage Local users and groups Users Right click each person you see and choose reset password
